We began our work with the Seattle University School of Law at the beginning of May 2024, with the aim of growing the volume of the international students enrolled in the Master of Laws (LLM) program. To do this, we’ve been supporting qualifying pre-applicants and driving right-fit students to start applications; helping students throughout the application process; and nurturing students throughout the steps required for getting a visa and enrolling, all the way until they step foot on campus.
This means delivering an array of outbound and inbound communications activity including phone and email campaigns, live chat and WhatsApp management, and tailored contact forms – all of which have increased the bandwidth of the team there to deliver an enhanced experience for students, improved enrollment forecasting, and better understanding of student sentiments and intentions.
After just two months of work, we received these brilliant words from Diogo Magalhaes, Assistant Dean for International Graduate Programs at Seattle University. Diogo has worked very closely with the UniQuest team in the early days of our partnership. Take a look at what he had to say:
